About Me
My career isn't just a list of research studies; it's a series of challenges I've been proud to solve. I'm a Fulbright Scholar and a strategic User Research Leader whose passion is dissolving complexity, especially when a problem seems truly "unsolvable." That's my specialty: taking a mountain of complex information or a seemingly undoable product goal and finding a clear, strategic path to success.
My unique perspective comes from being the essential bridge between the cutting-edge and the real world. Being positioned on both horizontal and vertical teams at Google meant I had a front-row seat to the latest advancements, from Google Pixel to Gemini. My mission was to ensure that incredible technology didn't leave anyone behind. This led to impactful work like Guided Frame (Features in the Super Bowl 2024) and other investment opportunities for Google Pixel, Android, Astra and beyond.

For me, research isn't done from a distance. My work in accessibility, which often requires quick, direct interactions, has deeply instilled in me the value of authentic, on-the-ground engagement. These encounters force you to overcome biases and speak directly to people you might never otherwise meet. This commitment to honest, empathetic research is why I can lead complex studies that thoughtfully adapt to the needs of individuals with disabilities and diverse cultural backgrounds. It's how I ensure we don't just build a product, but that we build the right product, one that is dependable, accountable, and accessible for everyone.
Outside of work, I'm a passionate musician in my home studio, an avid explorer of new cities and cuisines. I love mentoring youth and public speaking on UX and psychology. Recently I’ve been a dedicated photography and videography enthusiast.
